Законодательные акты, регулирующие отношения между работниками и работодателями. Трудовое законодательство Великобритании защищает права работников и предусматривает арбитражный механизм (см. Arbitration) урегулирования трудовых споров. Законы, принятые в девяностые годы прошлого столетия, ограничивают монопольную власть профсоюзов с целью придания большей гибкости рынку труда. См.
